Our 401K program consists of 2 Fuse contributions – the 1st is a straight 2% contribution (of your bi-weekly gross), even if you do not participate in the plan; the 2nd is a 4% company match of monies you choose to contribute. No vesting schedule, so the $$ our employees contribute and the $$ that Fuse contributes is yours immediately. Participation for new hires begins after 90 days.
