Kefton was born in Sacramento, California and raised in Malvern, Ohio. In November 1980, Kefton enlisted in the United States Army where he was trained as an Intelligence Analyst at the Defense Language Institute, Goodfellow AFB, and Fort Devens. Initially assigned to the 407th ASA, he spent time “Tactical” in the deserts of West Texas, Southern New Mexico and on Exercise Reforger. Next were strategic assignments to USAFS Kunia followed by Fort Meade where he was instrumental in various IT automation projects for the Intelligence Community. Kefton’s last tour, “Tactical” again, was in Wildflecken, Germany as part of the 108th M.I. BN. Here he experienced firsthand the fall of East Germany and provided support for the reassignment of troops during Desert Storm. While in the service, Kefton earned his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of the State of New York as well as a chest full of personal and unit medals and citations.
After a decade in the United States Army, Kefton began working as a Senior Systems Engineer at Spectrum Systems, a defense contractor, supporting the Intelligence Community. He was responsible for client server integration for the Security, and Psychology Offices of the Department of Defense and the National Cryptologic School.
In 2001, Kefton helped found ClearShark where he worked, played and helped the company grow. In 2014 with the merger of ClearShark Services and Critical Resources Group, he joined Sid Hall at the new Fuse Engineering to help lead the company as they expand its presence.
He splits his time between his work responsibilities in Maryland and his home in Southwest Florida. Where he enjoys most water-related and adrenaline pumping activities – any combination of the two makes for the perfect adventure.

Prior to joining CRG, he spent a decade at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), beginning as a Systems Administrator and progressively increasing responsiblity until becoming Technical Lead and Program Manager of one of their most profitable and cutting edge contracts.
True to his roots, Mr. Kennedy is current with his Redhat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) and Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certifications and provides administration and engineering support on contract.
A Maryland native, Kevin has his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Frostburg State University and his Masters of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, University College.

Bob McGinn brought his talents from CRG to Fuse Engineering. Bob began with CRG at its inception and was integral to the successful startup and growth of the organization. With a fresh company comes the need for a ‘Swiss Army Knife” type skill set which Bob was able to superbly fulfill. Bob implemented and maintained all accounting, HR, and contracting policies and procedures over the life of the company and was integral in growing the company to its advanced stage.
Bob is now able focus his energy on his area of interest and expertise, accounting/finance, and continues to find ways to positively impact the organization as the Director of Finance. Over the past five years, he has learned a great deal about DCAA/FAR through real world experience, CE courses and partner relationships, and applies this knowledge to Fuse in concert with his accounting experience.
Bob previously worked as a production planner/buyer for Neschen GBC Graphic films while putting himself through school in order to advance his career. He holds a bachelors of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Baltimore.
Originally a Michigander by way of Battle Creek, Bob moved to Maryland as a youngster when his Dad was assigned to the area by the US Army. He has stayed true to the Detroit professional sports teams and University of Michigan athletics and never misses a Detroit Lions or U of M basketball game. Bob has three young daughters that continuously attempt to interfere with his sports watching, but they have yet to be successful. He enjoys spending time with his family on regional weekend trips, summer trips to the beach, daily jaunts to local parks and any other activities his children desire.
Darlene was born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland and began her career as a Clerk Typist and Procurement Clerk for the US Department of Agriculture. The next decade (or so) moved her into other Administrative, Sales Support, and Project Management jobs where learn-as-you-go was the standard training plan, and that’s exactly what she did. Darlene had no idea how valuable those plans would turn out to be.
In 2003, Darlene joined a small and growing ClearShark as employee number 5 where she initially provided general administrative support. Her roles and responsibilities continued to expand, and she put her learn-as-you-go roots to the test as she became the single point of contact for: Human Resources & Benefits, Contracts, Facility & Security, Accounting, Payroll, and Order Administration, just to mention a few.
With the merger of Clearshark and CRG, Darlene will, at some point, be able to narrow her focus to Contracts Administration, Human Resources, and Office Management. Her can-do attitude, dedication, and commitment to excellence epitomize the goodness of these 2 companies and make her an invaluable member of Fuse Engineering.
When Darlene is not spreading joy and sunshine at Fuse, she enjoys most genres of music, reading, playing in a billiard league, and taking long motorcycle rides with her super special significant other!
